SISTER ANN is a Korean eye makeup brand built around one idea: eye makeup that goes on easily and stays put through a long day. We started in Seoul in 2017. How do I remove waterproof liner?

Use an oil-based cleanser or an eye makeup remover. Warm water or a light foam cleanser alone may not be enough.
